The moment you’ll enter the apartment, you’ll be delighted by an abundance of natural daylight.
The open space living has a comfy sofa, a small work desk and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware available for any light cooking. A Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster are also at your disposal; just relax and enjoy your stay, coffee, tea and water are on us.
The bedroom comes with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) which has on its both sides lighted nightstands if you feel like reading until late in the night.
The bathroom has modern and clear lines and it comes with a walk-in rain shower, amenities and towels are also included.
Both the living and the bedroom have their individual AC unit and TV as well, so watching a football game and cartoons at the same time won’t be a problem.
The entire apartment has an underfloor heating system, which makes it ideal for colder days.

Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and FREE OF CHARGE.
Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.
SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the small balcony for a coffee and a smoke.
The apartments are located in a quiet area of the old town of Oradea, just 300 m from Unirii Square where the Moon Church, Black Eagle Palace, Episcopal Palace, Oradea City Hall are located, and 200 m from the Aachvas Rein Synagogue - Museum of Jewish History, 800 m from Zoo, 1.5 km from Oradea Fortress, 1.5 km from Oradea University, 2.7 km from Nymphea Aquapark and 9 km from Baile Felix. Nearby there are many opportunities to enjoy a speciality coffee or dine at one of the restaurants in the pedestrian area.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town.
1. The flat capacity is for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 young children, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
Visitors from outside should limit their visits between 09:00 and 21:00, and during their visits, they are not allowed to use the services of the property.
2. Parking is free from Friday 6 PM to Monday 07 AM on public parking slots, which you can find just around the corner of the building. The building features a CCTV secured underground parking available for 30 RON/night/car. ATTENTION: The access to cars with low ground clearance may not be possible, due to a crossing threshold.
3. On request and upon availability, you can have access to washing and drying machine (for a fee).
4. Iron together with an iron table and a microwave are available on request and for free.
5. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
6. Government ID will be collected at check-in for security reasons.
