You’ll find everything you need for easy meal preparation, including essential appliances, cookware, and utensils. A Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster are also provided, and to make your stay even more enjoyable, coffee and water are complimentary.
The bedroom offers a calm retreat with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and illuminated nightstands on both sides, ideal for those who love reading before bed.
The bathroom features a clean, modern design with a walk-in rain shower, ensuring a refreshing start or end to your day. Amenities and towels are included for your comfort.
Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with individual air conditioning units and TVs, so everyone can unwind their own way, whether that means watching cartoons or a football match.

Parking Information: The property offers three parking spaces in the underground garage, available for an additional fee and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Nearby there are many opportunities to enjoy a speciality coffee or dine at one of the restaurants in the pedestrian area.

• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
