The space

From the moment you step inside, the apartment welcomes you with bright natural light and a modern, relaxing atmosphere.

The open-concept living area is designed for both comfort and functionality, featuring a cozy sofa and a kitchen thoughtfully equipped for light cooking. You’ll find everything you need for easy meal preparation, including essential appliances, cookware, and utensils. A Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster are also provided, and to make your stay even more enjoyable, coffee and water are complimentary.

The bedroom offers a calm retreat with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and illuminated nightstands on both sides, ideal for those who love reading before bed.

The bathroom features a clean, modern design with a walk-in rain shower, ensuring a refreshing start or end to your day. Amenities and towels are included for your comfort.

Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with individual air conditioning units and TVs, so everyone can unwind their own way, whether that means watching cartoons or a football match.
The apartment also benefits from underfloor heating, making it perfectly cozy during the cooler months.

Parking Information: The property offers three parking spaces in the underground garage, available for an additional fee and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces must be reserved after completing your booking to ensure availability. As an alternative, there are public street parking spaces nearby, which are free during weekends and easily accessible from the property.

Child Policies: Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available upon request and free of charge.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but you’re welcome to use the small balcony to enjoy a coffee and a smoke.

The apartments are located in a quiet area of the old town of Oradea, just 300 m from Unirii Square where the Moon Church, Black Eagle Palace, Episcopal Palace, Oradea City Hall are located, and 200 m from the Aachvas Rein Synagogue - Museum of Jewish History, 800 m from Zoo, 1.5 km from Oradea Fortress, 1.5 km from Oradea University, 2.7 km from Nymphea Aquapark and 9 km from Baile Felix. Nearby there are many opportunities to enjoy a speciality coffee or dine at one of the restaurants in the pedestrian area.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
