Brand new, elegant, boutique located in a quiet and classy neighbourhood, between the hustle and bustle of the city centre and the green outskirts of the town. The property houses a total of 7 chic apartments, sharing a relaxing outdoor area with a hot tub (jacuzzi). Professional cleaning and disinfection protocol. Fast and easy access through the property with a code-based system. Free private secured parking.

The space

A perfect blend between contemporary and glam lines create a unique, cosy atmosphere in this lovely apartment.
The open space living room comes with a comfy sofa, a practical working desk and an elegant dining area together with a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware available for any light cooking. An Essse by Giugiaro coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher are also, at your disposal. Just relax and enjoy your stay, coffee, tea and water are on us.

You will discover a tasty bedroom with a queen-size upholstered bed (160x200 cm) and a lovely lounge chair if you feel like reading until late in the night. The natural lighted bathroom has modern and clear lines and it comes with a walk-in rain shower, amenities and towels are also included.
Both the living and the bedroom have a TV, so watching a football game and cartoons at the same time won’t be a problem.

Child policies:
Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and FREE OF CHARGE.

Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.

SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.

If you want to relax, you are invited to use a lovely jacuzzi situated on the property’s deck.

The neighbourhood

You have several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes drive: whether is the Old Town (1.5 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (3.5 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (2.7 km) for a fun and active day.

Guest access

Prior to your visit, we'll send you details regarding the property together with the access codes. Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town.

Interaction with guests

Guests will enjoy a seamless stay with self-check-in and personalized assistance available whenever needed. We respect your privacy but are happy to provide local tips, recommendations, and support via phone or in person to ensure a comfortable experience.

Other things to note

1. The flat capacity is for 4 persons, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
Visitors from outside should limit their visits between 09:00 and 21:00, and during their visits, they are not allowed to use the services of the property.

2. The property has a free and secured parking area.

3. The hot tub/jacuzzi:
- can be used daily between 8:00 AM and 22:00 PM;
- Please respect the rest of the guests staying and do not spend more than 60 minutes per use;
- Between uses, please leave a 30-minute break;
- Guests can use the hot tub/jacuzzi multiple times per day if available;
- Before using the hot tub/jacuzzi, please use the shower.

4. On request and upon availability, you can have access to washing and drying machine (for a fee).

5. Iron together with an iron table and a microwave are available on request and for free.

6. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.

7. Government ID will be collected at check-in for security reasons.
