The open space living room comes with a comfy sofa, a practical working desk and an elegant dining area together with a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware available for any light cooking. An Essse by Giugiaro coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher are also, at your disposal. Just relax and enjoy your stay, coffee and water are on us.
You will discover a tasty bedroom with a queen-size upholstered bed (160x200 cm) and a lovely lounge chair if you feel like reading until late in the night. The natural lighted bathroom has modern and clear lines and it comes with a walk-in rain shower, amenities and towels are also included.
Both the living and the bedroom have a TV, so watching a football game and cartoons at the same time won’t be a problem.
Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and free of charge.
Smoking is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.
If you want to relax, you are invited to use a lovely jacuzzi situated on the property’s deck.
You have several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes’ drive: whether is the Old Town (1.5 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (3.5 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (2.7 km) for a fun and active day.

Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.

• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
