Brand-new, elegant, boutique villa located between the Art Nouveau Palaces of Oradea and the thermal baths resort of Baile Felix. The property houses a total of 6 chic deluxe double rooms (each with private bathroom), sharing a laid-back common space with a modern kitchen, a huge private courtyard and a relaxing outdoor area with a hot tub (jacuzzi). The space

A luxurious home from home, this brand-new place has clear and modern vibes.
It is surrounded by a huge private courtyard. You can enjoy a drink on the cosy terrace or relax in the lavish jacuzzi.

A perfect blend between contemporary and glam lines creates a welcoming atmosphere in this lovely villa.
On the ground floor, you will find a common area that comes with a lounge, an elegant dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware available for any light cooking. An Essse by Giugiaro coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher are also, at your disposal. Just relax and enjoy your stay, coffee, tea and filtered water are on us.
There are 3 deluxe rooms, on the ground floor, while on the first floor, you will find 2 deluxe rooms, each of them with a private terrace, and 1 standard room.
All six rooms are fitted with a queen-size upholstered bed (160x200 cm), smart TV, minibar and a private bathroom with a walk-in rain shower; amenities and towels are included.

Child policies:
Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and FREE OF CHARGE.

SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the terraces for a coffee and a smoke.

If you want to relax, you are invited to use a lovely jacuzzi situated on the property’s deck.

The neighbourhood

The property is located in Sanmartin, a well-developed settlement.
The famous thermal baths of Baile Felix and Baile 1 Mai together with a beautiful run path in the forest can be reached within a short drive of 5 minutes (2km).
The charming town of Oradea with it’s well preserved Old Town, Art Nouveau Palaces and Medieval Fortress is 10 minutes’ drive away (5.5km). There you’ll find plenty of restaurants, pubs and café’s
Lotus Mall is 3.4 km away.

House rules

Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Guest access

Prior to your visit, we'll send you details regarding the property together with the access codes. Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town.

Other things to note

1. The room capacity is for 2 persons, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. The hot tub/jacuzzi:
- can be used daily between 8:00 AM and 22:00 PM;
- Before using the hot tub/jacuzzi, please use the shower.
3. The property has a free and secured parking area.
4. Iron together with an iron table are available on request and for free.
5. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
6. Government ID will be collected at check-in for security reasons.
7. Parties are not allowed and please please pay respect to the neighbours.
