1 Bathroom Situated at the heart of Oradea, Central Park is the result of a complex modernization project. The location has a welcoming design and it keeps some of the original and well-preserved elements of the building. The property houses two chic apartments with a lovely view over the park and the Orthodox Cathedral, and six comfy double rooms. Professional cleaning and disinfection protocol. Fast and easy access through the property with a code-based system.
A perfect blend between elegant and classical lines create a warm and cosy atmosphere in this lovely apartment.
You will discover a tasty bedroom with a king-size upholstered bed (180x200 cm), a lovely lounge chair and a comfy sofa if you feel like reading until late in the night. The practical bathroom has some clear lines and it comes with a walk-in rain shower, amenities and towels are also included.
There is also a small kitchenette equipped with a small stove, a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave and some appliances for light cooking and dining.
Just relax and enjoy your stay, coffee, tea and water are on us.

Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and FREE OF CHARGE.
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.
SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the small terrace at the entrance for smoke or vape.
Central Park is located in a quiet area of the Old Town of Oradea, just between the pedestrian lively street of Vasile Alecsandri and the central park. Unirii Square where the Moon Church, Black Eagle Palace, Episcopal Palace, Oradea City Hall is 300 m away. Sion Synagogue and The Orthodox Synagogue are just 150 m away. Nearby there are many opportunities to enjoy a speciality coffee or dine at one of the local restaurants.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

1. The flat capacity is for 2 adults, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
Visitors from outside should limit their visits between 09:00 and 21:00, and during their visits, they are not allowed to use the services of the property.
2. Parking is free from Friday 6 PM to Monday 07 AM on public parking slots, which you can find just around the corner of the building.
3. Iron together with an iron table and a microwave are available on request and for free.
4. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
5. Government ID will be collected at check-in for security reasons.
