1 Bathroom Central Park is situated in the heart of Oradea. The location has a welcoming design and it keeps some of the original and well-preserved elements of the building. A well-located property in the centre of Oradea, 2 chic apartments with a lovely view over the Central Park and the Orthodox Cathedral and 6 comfy attic double rooms. We follow a professional cleaning and disinfection protocol to ensure that your stay at our property is safe and comfortable.
The space was rebuilt with special care to the original elements of the building and the result is a warm welcoming room.
You will discover a simple but tasty bedroom with a nice double bed (140x200 cm). The comfort and quality can accommodate 2 people.
The shower is separated from the bedroom by a shower curtain and there is a private individual toilet, amenities, and towels are also included.
For an energetic and productive day, you will have a coffee machine with some coffee pads on. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Or if you prefer a state-of-the-art latte, downstairs is one of the best specialty coffee places in town.

Infants are welcome as long as they share the bed.
Early check-in/late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability .
Smoking is permitted only on the terrace of the property.
You have several attractions in a short 1-5minutes’ walk: whether is the Old Town with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (1 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (1.9 km) for a fun and active day.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

1. Our property is maintained with the highest cleaning standards and has strict protocols regarding your safety.
2. We ask that you remain quiet at night and during the day, which will help you enjoy your vacation.
3. The unit capacity is for maximum 2 persons, no additional guests are allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
4. For security reasons, a copy of your Government-issued photo ID or passport will be taken at check-in.
5. Parties are not allowed and the level of noise is measured through noise sensors. Shouting, yelling, or playing loud music that disturbs other residents is prohibited. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm every evening.
