Central Park Seven is an economy room located in the heart of Oradea, combining comfort with authentic charm. The property preserves original architectural details while offering a welcoming, modern design. It features three stylish apartments overlooking Central Park and the Orthodox Cathedral, along with six cozy attic double rooms. We follow a professional cleaning and disinfection protocol, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for all our guests.

The space

The space was rebuilt with special care to the original elements of the building and the result is a warm welcoming room.
You will discover a simple but tasty bedroom with a nice double bed (140x200 cm). The comfort and quality can accommodate 2 people.
The shower is separated from the bedroom by a shower curtain and there is a private individual toilet, amenities, and towels are also included.
For an energetic and productive day, you will have a coffee machine with some coffee pads on. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Or if you prefer a state-of-the-art latte, downstairs is one of the best specialty coffee places in town.

Parking is free on weekends, making your stay even more convenient for exploring Oradea’s beautiful city center.

Smoking is permitted only on the patio of the property.

The neighbourhood

You have several attractions in a short 1-5minutes’ walk: whether is the Old Town with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (1 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (1.9 km) for a fun and active day.

Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.

Parking & Access:
• The room does not have a dedicated parking space; parking is available on the street, or the underground parking.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.

Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.

Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.

Pets:
• Pets are not allowed

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire room and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Other things to note

• The room is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
