Modern and practical appliances will ease your stay. Perfectly located in one of the newest and green residential areas in Oradea, close to the University. Professional cleaning and disinfection protocol. Fast and easy access through the property with a code-based system. Lots of free parking spaces and an outdoor kids play area.
The moment you’ll enter this brand-new flat you’ll be delighted by the great open space with a small yet cosy terrace looking to a quiet courtyard. Read a book or just watch the smart TV on the modern sofa which can also be turned into a comfortable double bed.
A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware and a practical dining area are at your disposal if you want to prepare some delicious meals.
A lovely bedroom together with a very pleasant walk-in shower come hand in hand to give you a peaceful rest. Amenities and towels are also included.
We manage another two apartments, (total capacity of 12 persons) on the same floor, hence we can gladly accommodate larger families or a small group.
Child policies:
Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and for a fee of 150 lei.
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.
SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.
You have several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes drive: whether is the Old Town (2.5 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, speciality coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (3 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (4 km) for a fun and active day.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

1. The flat capacity is for 4 persons, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. Visitors from outside should limit their visits between 09:00 and 21:00
3. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
4. Government ID will be collected at check-in for security reasons.
