The moment you step into this gorgeous loft, you’ll be delighted by its high ceiling, bright atmosphere, and calming design.
The spacious living room, filled with natural light, features two small and cozy terraces overlooking Unirii Square, perfect for enjoying a coffee or reading a book. You can relax watching the smart TV from the ultra-comfy sofa; however, please note that the sofa is not suitable for sleeping. The living room also includes a comfortable double bed, ideal for additional guests.
The kitchen is designed for light cooking and is fully equipped with essential appliances, cookware, a practical dining area, and a Nespresso coffee machine for your daily coffee ritual.
Mornings and evenings are simply perfect in the lovely bedroom, which offers stunning views over the central square.
The classical bathroom features a charming free-standing bathtub, adding a touch of timeless elegance. Fresh towels and amenities are included for your comfort.
Infants (0–2 years) are welcome as long as they share the bedroom. A baby cot for children aged 0–2 years is available on request for 150 lei per stay.
Smoking is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the private terrace to enjoy a coffee and a smoke.
The loft itself is located in the Black Eagle Palace, one of Oradea’s landmark. Everything is steps away: whether is the Old Town with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, speciality coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (1.3 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (2 km) for a fun and active day.
Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space; parking is available on the street or the underground parking.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
