The moment you’ll enter this gorgeous loft you’ll be delighted by its high ceiling and calm design.
A large living room, bursting with natural light, comes with two small and cosy terraces overlooking Unirii Square. You are invited to read a book or to relax watching the smart TV on the ultra-comfy sofa.
A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware and a practical dining area are at your disposal if you want to prepare some delicious meals.
Mornings and evenings as well can be perfect from this lovely bedroom, with its stunning views over the central square.
The classical bathroom has a charming free-standing bathtub. Amenities and towels are also included.
Child policies:
Infants (0-2 years) are welcome as long as they share the bedroom. Or, a baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and costs 150 lei per stay.
Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.
SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.
The loft itself is located in the Black Eagle Palace, one of Oradea’s landmark. Everything is steps away: whether is the Old Town with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, speciality coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (1.3 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (2 km) for a fun and active day.
The apartment is located in the Vulturul Negru Palace, one of the most beautiful buildings in Oradea, but being a historical building, besides the charm and the superb view, there are a few other aspects that we ask you to take into account:
1. The staircase is unrenovated and in an outdated state (we know, it could be gorgeous, but for that we have to convince all the neighbors ☹);
2. For that superb view you will have to climb 3 floors of the palace, which is equivalent to 4 floors of a normal building;
3. The hot water is from the municipality and will not come instantly, and for a hot bath, you will have to wait a good few minutes for the water to heat up.
If you think that you cannot overcome these aspects, you can cancel the reservation, we thought that it is better to be correctly informed from the beginning, and if there are details that you can overcome, we promise you the most beautiful view in the city and that we will do everything possible to have a pleasant stay.

1. The flat capacity is for 4 adults, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. Parking is free from Friday 6 PM to Monday 07 AM on public parking slots, which you can find just around the corner of the building.
3. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
4. Government ID will be collected at check-in for security reasons.
