Located in the heart of Oradea, Central Park is the result of an extensive modernization project that beautifully blends historic charm with modern comfort. The building retains its original architectural details, enhanced by a warm and inviting design. The property features three elegant apartments and six comfortable double rooms. Guests enjoy professional cleaning protocols and easy code-based access throughout the property.

The space

This beautifully renovated studio was designed with great attention to detail, blending modern comfort with elegant simplicity. The result is a warm and welcoming space ideal for a relaxing stay in the heart of Oradea.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm) and a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower, fresh towels, and complimentary amenities.
A compact kitchen is equipped for convenience with a microwave, stove, fridge, coffee machine, and kettle; perfect for light cooking or your morning brew. Coffee and water are on us.

Free parking is available on weekends, making it easy to explore Oradea’s charming city center.

Child Policies: Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot for children aged 0–2 years is available on request and free of charge.

Smoking is not permitted indoors, but guests are welcome to use the small terrace at the entrance for smoking or vaping.

The neighbourhood

Central Park is located in a quiet area of the Old Town of Oradea, just between the pedestrian lively street of Vasile Alecsandri and the central park. Unirii Square where the Moon Church, Black Eagle Palace, Episcopal Palace, Oradea City Hall is 300 m away. Sion Synagogue and The Orthodox Synagogue are just 150 m away. Nearby there are many opportunities to enjoy a speciality coffee or dine at one of the local restaurants.

House rules

Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.

Parking & Access:
• The room does not have a dedicated parking space; parking is available on the street, or the underground parking.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.

Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.

Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.

Pets:
• Pets are not allowed

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire room and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• The room is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
