2 Bathrooms Welcome in our brand-new apartment, bursting with natural light. Modern, clean design with a few colourful touches creates a perfect mixt in this unit of 3 individual bedrooms and 1 living room. Perfectly located in one of the newest and greenest residential area in Oradea, close to the University. Professional cleaning and disinfection protocol. Fast and easy access through the property with a code-based system. Lots of free parking spaces and an outdoor kids play area.
The moment you’ll enter this brand-new flat you’ll be delighted by its modern look with a cosy terrace. The great open space kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and cookware and a practical dining area, all at your disposal if you want to prepare some delicious meals.
Read a book on the comfy sofa, or gather with your family or friends in the lively living room.
Three individual bedrooms (from which two are double-bedded, and one has twin beds) can accommodate a large family or a small group up to 6 adults.
Two modern and practical bathrooms have the amenities and towels included: one with a charming free-standing bathtub while the other has a lovely walk-in shower.
The living room and the kitchen share a small terrace where you can enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.
We manage another two apartments, on is door to door (total capacity of 10 persons) on the same floor, hence we can gladly accommodate larger families or a small group.
Child policies:
Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and for a fee of 150 RON.
Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.
SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the terrace and the balcony for a coffee and a smoke.
You have several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes’ drive: whether is the Old Town (2.5 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (3 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (4 km) for a fun and active day.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

1. The flat maximum capacity is for 6 persons, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
Visitors from outside should limit their visits between 09:00 and 21:00,
2. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
3. Government ID will be collected at check-in for security reasons.
4. We manage another apartment (4 persons capacity) on the same floor, hence we can gladly accommodate larger families or a small group.
