Modern, clean design with a few colourful touches creates a perfect mixt in this unit of 3 individual bedrooms and 1 living room. Perfectly located in one of the newest and greenest residential area in Oradea, close to the University. Professional cleaning and disinfection protocol. Fast and easy access through the property with a code-based system. Lots of free parking spaces and an outdoor kids play area.
The moment you step into this brand-new flat, you’ll be delighted by its modern design and cosy balcony.
The open-space kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking and offers everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay. You’ll find:
• essential appliances (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave),
• cookware, tableware, and all necessary utensils,
• a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster,
• spacious countertops ideal for preparing simple meals,
• and a practical dining area perfect for breakfast, relaxed dinners, or a quick coffee break.
You can read a book on the comfy sofa or gather with family or friends in the inviting living room. Please note that the sofa is not suitable for sleeping.
The living room and kitchen share access to a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
Three individual bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds, comfortably accommodate a large family or a small group of up to six adults.
The apartment features two modern and practical bathrooms with amenities and fresh towels included:
• one with a charming free-standing bathtub,
• and the other with a lovely walk-in shower.
Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. A baby cot for children aged 0–2 years is available upon request for a fee of 150 RON per stay.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but you are welcome to use the balcony to enjoy a coffee and a smoke.
You have several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes’ drive: whether is the Old Town (2.5 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (3 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (4 km) for a fun and active day.
Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests have one parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.
We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.
• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
