Located at the 1st floor in a new building, with an elevator, you will enjoy a fast access through the code-based door.
A cozy living room with a TV is a perfect setup for relaxing or for having a long chat with your friends by a glass of wine. You’ll find there a modern sofa which can also be turned into a comfortable double bed.
A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware and a practical dining area are at your disposal if you want to prepare some delicious meals.
Two lovely bedrooms, (one with king size bed 180x200 cm, and the other one with queen size bed 160x200 cm), each with Smart TV will promise you a peaceful rest.
You can have a drink or just read a book on the private peaceful terrace.
Two bathroom (one with bathtub, one with shower) are perfect for two couples or a large family. Amenities and towels are also included.
Child policies:
Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and it costs 150 lei per stay.
Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.
SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.
You have several attractions in a short 5-15minutes walk: whether is the Old Town (100m) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (1.9km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (1 km) for a fun and active day.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Prior to your visit, we'll send you details regarding the property together with the access codes. Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town.
1. The flat capacity is for 6 persons, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. Private covered parking is available at the cost of 30 lei/night
3. Visitors from outside should limit their visits between 09:00 and 21:00
4. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
5. Government ID will be collected at check-in for security reasons.
