We warmly welcome you in our brand new apartment, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, bursting with natural light. The contemporary yet calm design with a few colourful touches creates a perfectly warm home. Modern and practical appliances will ease your stay. Perfectly located in one of the newest residential buildings in Oradea, 5 minutes drive from the Old Town. The preferred free parking space is just by the building. Fast and easy access through the property with a code-based system.

The space

The moment you’ll enter this brand-new flat you’ll be delighted by its modern look with a nice balcony where you can enjoy an early espresso. Read a book or just watch the smart TV on the modern sofa which can also be turn into a comfortable double bed.

A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware is at your disposal if you want to prepare some delicious meals.

A lovely master bedroom, bursting with natural light together with a pleasant walk-in shower from its private bathroom comes hand in hand to give you a peaceful rest and intimacy.

The second bedroom has a simple yet very practical design, while in the hall you will find the second bathroom, also with a walk-in shower.

Amenities and towels are also included.

Child policies:
Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and for a fee of 150 RON.

Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.

SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.

The neighbourhood

You have several attractions within a 5-7 minutes drive: whether is the Old Town (2 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places, and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (2.2 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (4.5 km) for a fun and active day.

House rules

• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.

Parking & Access:
• Guests have one private underground parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.

Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.

Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.

Pets:
• Pets are not allowed

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app, or messaging for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
