2 Bathrooms We warmly welcome you to our house, where we hope you will feel at home. During the modernization, we tried to keep some original parts like the beautiful walnut furniture together with some modern appliances in line with the house’s history to honour our grandparents. Enjoy an early morning coffee or a barbecue on the backyard terrace. You can park your car in the courtyard or on the street. Perfectly located in one of the greenest residential areas in Oradea.
In the living room, you can read a book or just watch the smart TV on the modern sofa which can also be turned into a comfortable single bed.
An individual fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware is at your disposal if you want to prepare some delicious meals. Next to it, you will find the first bathroom which has a bathtub.
A lovely master bedroom, bursting with natural light next to the second bathroom with a shower comes hand in hand to give you a peaceful rest.
The second bedroom has a simple yet very practical design.
Amenities and towels are also included.
Child policies:
Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and for a fee of 150 RON.
Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.
SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.
You have several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes drive: whether is the Old Town (1.6 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (1.5 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (2.5 km) for a fun and active day.
Prior to your visit, we'll send you details regarding the property together with the access codes. Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town.
1. The flat capacity is for 5 persons, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
3. A copy of Government ID or passport will be taken at check-in for security reasons.
