Our family apartment is a 10 minute walk to Unirii Square, where you will start to discover the amazing Art Nouveau Palaces of Oradea . The space is efficiently arranged and makes the most of every inch. Three individual bedrooms, and one living room are perfect for longer stays. Practical appliances help give you comfort while staying in our home. A professional cleaning and disinfection protocol ensures your comfort and safety.

The space

Once you enter this efficiently arranged and open space, you’ll be delighted by the great amount of light that floods in and makes it feel so spacious.

A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware and a practical dining area are at your disposal if you want to prepare some delicious meals, while the living room is huge enough for all those kids who just can’t sit still!

There are plenty of bedrooms (3) for a large family or for up to 6 adults, as well as two bathrooms with all amenities included.

Child policies:
Children of any age are welcome.

Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.

SMOKING and PARTIES are not allowed!

The neighbourhood

You are in walking distance to the Old Town with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or Medieval Fortress with its museums and upscale restaurants. Nymphaea Aquapark is also a great option for an active day out!

House rules

Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Guest access

Prior to your visit, we'll send you details regarding the property together with the access codes. Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town.

Other things to note

1. The flat capacity is for 6 persons, no additional guests are allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
3. A copy of Government ID or passport will be taken at check-in for security reasons.
