2 Bathrooms Welcome to our brand-new apartment, bursting with natural light. The contemporary design with a few colourful touches creates a perfectly warm home. The apartment is located in one of the newest residential areas in Oradea, close to a shopping centre and the airport. Modern and practical appliances will ease your stay, and parking is available right outside the building. An outdoor kids’ play area can keep your kids entertained while they wait for you to come back from work or shopping!
If you're looking for a place with a modern look that's still cosy and comfortable, this flat is it. When you enter the flat, you'll be delighted by the modern look and its cosy balcony. You can read a book or watch some TV on the modern sofa that can also be turned into a comfortable double bed.
If you want to prepare some delicious meals, we've got your back. Our fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware is at your disposal.
The master bedroom is the perfect place for a peaceful rest. The bedroom is bursting with natural light and has a lovely bathtub right next to it, so you can enjoy a relaxing bath after an exhausting day.
The second bedroom has a simple yet very practical design. You will appreciate the extra toilet room, especially in the hurried mornings.
Amenities and towels are also included in this room.
The apartment is situated in the same building with another three apartments that we manage, hence we can gladly accommodate larger families or small groups.
Children of any age are welcome here! We've got cribs available upon request at a cost of 150 RON per stay.
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and availability, but there is an extra fee for these services.
Smoking is not allowed inside the building, but you are more than welcome to use our private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.
You have several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes drive: whether is the Old Town (1.4 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (2.5 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (4 km) for a fun and active day.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

1. The flat capacity is for 6 persons, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding cleaning and disinfection procedures. Guests should expect thorough cleaning after their departure before we prepare it for new guests. Any specific requests regarding cleaning can be submitted via message during check-in or at any other time before departure; however, we cannot guarantee that any specific request will be met due to our professional standards.
3. A copy of your Government ID or passport will be taken at check-in for security reasons.
