It's steps away from one of the most beautiful parks in Oradea, too! The property also features an easy-to-use code-based system for fast and secure access.

This charming villa was designed in a classical yet smart line, with fine touches of masterfully crafted oak wood. The property consists of one apartment featuring a kitchen fully equipped for light cooking, complete with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as two comfortable bedrooms. In addition, the villa includes three double rooms, each offering its own private bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy.
The layout ensures both independence and togetherness, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
Please note that the property does not have a living room, but there is a cozy relaxation corner with two armchairs, perfect for reading, enjoying tea, or simply unwinding in a peaceful atmosphere.
Outdoors, the courtyard features a covered terrace, where you can spend precious time with your loved ones while enjoying a barbecue.
Child Policies: Children of any age are welcome.
Smoking: Not allowed inside the villa, but you are welcome to use the private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.
Parking: Free public parking is available on the surrounding streets, within approximately 200–250 meters of the property.
Every major attraction is within a short 10 minutes walk: whether is the Old Town with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark for a fun and active day.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• The villa does not have a dedicated parking space; parking is available on the street.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed
Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the courtyard and all amenities.

• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The villa operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
