A 10-minute pleasant walk from the Old Town and Nymphaea Aquapark, our home is located in one of the greenest residential areas in Oradea. It's steps away from one of the most beautiful parks in Oradea, too! Professional cleaning and disinfection protocol ensures that your stay will be as comfortable as possible. The property also features an easy-to-use code-based system for fast and secure access.

This charming villa was designed in a classical yet smart line, with fine touches of masterfully crafted oak wood.
It has five individual bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
It also features a fully equipped kitchen so that you can gather your family or group of friends around for a delicious meal.
If you prefer reading or having a cup of tea instead, we have arranged a warm corner for you
Moreover, in the courtyard, there is a covered terrace if you want to enjoy some precious time with your loved ones by a barbecue.

Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.
SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.
Every major attraction is within a short 10 minutes walk: whether is the Old Town with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark for a fun and active day.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
To make sure you have everything you need for your stay, we'll send you a detailed list of instructions and information before your arrival. Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town. If there's anything else we can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask!

1. The house capacity is for 10 persons, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
3. A copy of Government ID or passport will be taken at check-in for security reasons.
