1 Bathroom Located in a quiet courtyard, steps from the vibrant pedestrian street of Alecsandri, our apartment offers a perfect atmosphere for your visit to Oradea. With its fresh design and fine touches our home will make you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. The modern appliances that are easy to use, you'll be able to keep your mind on those important things like sightseeing and exploring this beautiful city. Across the road, you'll find one of the nicest parks in town.
If you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of Oradea, look no further.
You'll be right in the centre of everything and yet still feel like you're tucked away from it all.
The kitchen is smartly equipped and you can have a quick breakfast or casual meal in the dining area.
In the first room, you can read your preferred book or just relax on the comfy sofa which can be turned into a comfortable double bed.
The second room, a charming bedroom promises you peaceful rest and intimacy.
The two rooms are separated by a sliding glass door, it’s just ideal for a family or even two couples of friends who want to stay in the very heart of our city.
The bathroom comes with a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine if your plans are to stay more than a few days.
We love breakfast, and we love it even more when you can choose your own adventure.
If you have kids with you (or are traveling with a friend), we have got you covered! Infants (0-2 years) are welcome as long as they share the bedroom. Or, a baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and costs 150 lei per stay.
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, availability, and for an extra fee.
SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the small terrace at the entrance for a coffee and a smoke.
Most of the touristic sites are steps away: whether is the Old Town with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places, and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (1 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (2 km) for a fun and active day.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Before your visit, we'll send you all the details about the property and how to access it. Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town.

We have a few house rules that we must enforce in order to maintain a healthy environment for all of our guests.
1. Please note that the flat capacity is for 4 adults only, and no additional guests are allowed! Other possible guests from outside (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) are not allowed to access the property or use its services.
2. Our property follows strict professional protocol regarding cleaning and disinfection procedures, which is why we ask that you please refrain from bringing any pets with you into our home. Your cooperation will help us maintain an optimal living environment for everyone who uses this home after you depart, and we appreciate your commitment to keeping it clean!
3. Government ID will be collected at check-in for security reasons.
4. Street parking lots (free on weekends and paid on weekdays) are in front of the property, or 250 m away you can find a paid large underground parking space.
