1 Bathroom Located in a quiet courtyard, steps from the vibrant pedestrian street of Alecsandri, our apartment offers a perfect atmosphere for your visit to Oradea. With its fresh design and fine touches our home will make you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. The modern appliances that are easy to use, you'll be able to keep your mind on those important things like sightseeing and exploring this beautiful city. Across the road, you'll find one of the nicest parks in town.
If you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of Oradea, look no further.
You'll be right in the centre of everything and yet still feel like you're tucked away from it all.
The kitchen is smartly equipped and you can have a quick breakfast or casual meal in the dining area.
In the first room, you can read your preferred book or just relax on the comfy sofa which can be turned into a comfortable double bed.
The second room, a charming bedroom promises you peaceful rest and intimacy.
The two rooms are separated by a sliding glass door, it’s just ideal for a family or even two couples of friends who want to stay in the very heart of our city.
The bathroom comes with a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine if your plans are to stay more than a few days.
If you have kids with you (or are traveling with a friend), we have got you covered! Infants (0-2 years) are welcome as long as they share the bedroom. Or, a baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and costs 150 lei per stay.
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, availability, and for an extra fee.
Smoking is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the small terrace at the entrance for a coffee and a smoke.
Most of the touristic sites are steps away: whether is the Old Town with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places, and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (1 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (2 km) for a fun and active day.
Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space; parking is available on the street, or the underground parking.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
