If you want to prepare some quick meals, we've got your back. Our small but well-equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware is at your disposal.
The studio features a comfortable upholstered bed together with a comfy sofa that can also be turned into a comfortable double bed. It’s perfect for a family or a couple searching for a larger room.

SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the private balcony for a coffee and a smoke.
You have several attractions in a short 15 minutes’ walk: whether is the Old Town (1.4 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (2.2 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (3 km) for a fun and active day.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Prior to your visit, we'll send you details regarding the property together with the access codes. Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town.
1. The flat capacity is for 4 persons, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
3. A copy of Government ID or passport will be taken at check-in for security reasons.
4. Parties are not allowed and level of noise is measured trough noise sensors.
6. We manage several flats in the same building, hence we can easily accommodate larger groups.
