Our apartment is a wonderful home base for exploring our beautiful city. It's conveniently located just by the river, from where you can walk in 15 minutes to the heart of Oradea. What's more, with its coded entry system and private parking spaces, you'll feel safe coming and going when you need to! We take pride in our professional cleaning and disinfection protocol.

The space

Come, stay and fall in love at Lilla Flat. We have created the perfect home for all those looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay during their trip to Oradea.

The apartment comes with everything you'll need, including a private bedroom with a queen size bed, a small but practical living room with a comfy sofa that can be turned into a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen for light cooking (Yes, we have a Nespresso machine as well), and a bathroom with shower.
If you plan to stay for a couple of days and don't want to pack too much, you may want to consider bringing clothes that you can simply wash in the washing machine in your room.

Infants are welcome as long as they share the bed. Or, a baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and costs 150 RON per stay.

Step out onto the private balcony, where you can unwind and take in the city view.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but you can have your espresso and smoke on the balcony, we thought at this as well.

The neighbourhood

You have several attractions in a short 15 minutes’ walk: whether is the Old Town (1.4 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (2.2 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (3 km) for a fun and active day.

House rules

Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.

Parking & Access:
• The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space; parking is available on the street.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.

Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.

Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.

Pets:
• Pets are not allowed

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We offer self check-in for your convenience, so you can arrive whenever it suits you best. We're just a message away if you need anything during your stay whether it's local tips, help with the apartment, or recommendations. While we respect your privacy, we're always happy to assist and ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
