This lovely guest room is located in a charming house in the greenest area of Oradea, close to everything you need. We have an easy-to-use code-based system for fast and secure access.

The space

Not far from the hustle and bustle, this room offers the relaxing atmosphere that everyone needs from time to time.
The private bathroom will make your mornings easy and comfortable.

A Nespresso machine, located in the shared library, will give you a quick start to your day, letting you unwind before heading out to work or discover the city. If you prefer tea or a good book instead, there’s a cozy corner arranged in the common area just for you.

For your convenience, the room also has a dedicated mini fridge, located in the common area, where you can store drinks or small snacks during your stay.

Moreover, there’s also a covered terrace where you can enjoy some precious time with your loved ones while barbecuing.
When booking only the room, please note that you may share the courtyard and common facilities with other guests.

Free parking is available on the surrounding streets, within approximately 200–250 meters of the property.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but you are welcome to use the terrace to enjoy a coffee and a smoke.

The neighbourhood

Every major attraction is within a short 10 minutes walk: whether is the Old Town with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark for a fun and active day.

Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.

Parking & Access:
• The room does not have a dedicated parking space; parking is available on the street.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.

Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.

Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.

Pets:
• Pets are not allowed

Guest access

Guests have access to their reserved private room, as well as to the shared library and courtyard, which are common spaces enjoyed by all guests.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The room is located in a villa, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The room operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
