We have an easy-to-use code-based system for fast and secure access, professional cleaning and disinfection protocol to ensure that your stay will be as comfortable as possible.
Not far from the hustle and bustle, this room offers the relaxing atmosphere that everyone needs from time to time.
The private bathroom will make your mornings easy.
A Nespresso machine will give you a quick start to your day and you can unwind before heading out to work r discover the city. If you prefer tea or a good book, there is a warm corner arranged in the common area.
Moreover, there's also a covered terrace if you want to enjoy some precious time with your loved ones by barbecuing.
When only booking the room, you might share the courtyard facilities with other guests.
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.
SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the terrace for a coffee and a smoke.
Every major attraction is within a short 10 minutes walk: whether is the Old Town with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark for a fun and active day.

To make sure you have everything you need for your stay, we'll send you a detailed list of instructions and information before your arrival. Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town. If there's anything else we can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask!
1. The room capacity is for 2 persons, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. You can also book the entire villa (one apartment of 2 bedrooms and 3 individual rooms).
3. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
4. A copy of Government ID or passport will be taken at check-in for security reasons.
5. Parties are not allowed and level of noise is measured trough noise sensors.
