Perfectly located in one of the newest residential buildings in Oradea, minutes walking from Lotus Retail Park and the Old Town. Outfitted with modern appliances, comfortable furniture, and a beautiful view, you will love staying here. Free underground parking space is available. We also provide easy access through the property with a code-based system.

A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware is at your disposal if you want to prepare some delicious meals. A kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso machine will brighten your mornings.

Next to the bedroom, you will find the bathroom with a walk-in shower, towels, and amenities, so don’t worry about carrying your toiletries.
Also, feel free to turn on your preferred Netflix series in the living room and enjoy our stylish sofa as it transforms into a comfortable double bed.

Our family-friendly apartment is fully equipped and has a lot of space to spare.
Children up to the age of 2 years may stay free if they share the bedroom with their parents. However, we also provide a baby cot on request and for a fee of 150RON/stay.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
You will not be disappointed with your comfortable stay at our apartment. Being located in a friendly new neighbourhood is a great advantage as you have several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes drive: whether is the Old Town (1.6 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places, and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (3.5 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (4 km) for a fun and active day.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Access details will be shared with guests on the day of arrival for a smooth and safe check-in experience.
We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.
1. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures, everything for you to have a safe stay.
2. This flat is suitable for 4 persons but only registered guests are allowed to access the property or to use its services.
3. Parties are not allowed and level of noise is measured trough noise sensors.
4. We would like to inform you that a copy of government ID or passport will be taken at check-in to be used for security and Romanian law reasons.
5. We manage several flats in the same building, hence we can easily accommodate larger groups.
