The apartment offers all the comforts you’ll need to make your stay a success, whether it's for business or leisure! We have a special preferred parking area just by the building, no need to worry about finding a parking space. Experience the convenience of a code-based entry, so you can come and go as needed.
We are proud to present you our latest design, combining modern and traditional elements in a simple yet elegant way. The subtle design paired with the quality made of natural materials will enhance your home décor and bring joy to anyone who sits on it.
Enjoy cooking at home with our kitchen. It comes fully equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator. You can easily prepare all of your light meals here!
Kick off your shoes and sink into the queen-size bed. The bedroom is now next to the bathroom with a walk-in shower which makes you feel fresh and comfortable after a long day in town.
We know that you probably don't want to think about anything besides relaxing and enjoying your time, so we've taken care of the small details. A washing machine is available for you to use if needed. Fresh towels and toiletries are also provided in case you forgot something.
Are you tired after a long walk in the city? Well, you will be welcomed by a beautiful living room, where you can rest on our comfortable couch and use as much as you want. Read a book, watch your favorite series or just sit there and relax! The sofa can also be used as a double bed.
Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. We're happy to accommodate children aged 0 to 2 years in the same bed as their parents. Or, for just 150 RON per stay we can provide you with a cot so that your little one can sleep close to their parents.
It's no problem if you smoke at home, but please don't smoke inside. On the other hand, we are glad to provide you with a private balcony for your smoking needs.
You have several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes’ walk: whether is the Old Town (500m) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (400m), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (2 km) for a fun and active day.
Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests have one private parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.
We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.
• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
