It offers all the comforts you’ll need to make your stay a success, whether it's for business or leisure! We have a special preferred parking spot just by the building This code-based entry system allows you to come and go as needed. Our professional cleaning protocol will make sure your apartment is smudge-free and pristine by the time you arrive.
This classic design will be a subtle way to show our pride in our culture, while also providing a comfortable and cosy place to relax.
Feel like cooking? Our fully equipped kitchen will make it easy. To start, choose how you want to cook your light meals. Then, grab the ingredients and start cooking!
Enjoy a good night’s sleep in the queen-size bed. Just by the bedroom, you will find the bathroom which has a walk-in shower, so you can wake up feeling refreshed and relaxed after a long day exploring the streets of Oradea.
Do you have special laundry needs? Don't worry about the laundry. You'll have your own washing machine, plus access to fresh towels and toiletries. I know it might sound like a lot, but we're here to make your trip extra comfortable.
After a long walk around the city and you're back at home, you will be welcomed by a beautiful living room. You can sit on the sofa and read your favourite book or watch your favourite series. Also, this can be changed into a double bed for the night if you wish to stay longer!
Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. Your little one can sleep tight in a cot that's provided for just 150 RON per stay. Or, if you prefer, we can accommodate children aged 0 to 2 years in the same bed as their parents for no extra charge.
We understand that you may be a smoker, and have no problem with this. However, we ask that you refrain from smoking inside the home. We have a private balcony attached to your room which can be used for this purpose.
You have several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes’ walk: whether is the Old Town (500m) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (400m), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (2 km) for a fun and active day.
Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests have one private parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.
We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.
• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
