1 Bathroom We are a small but cosy house, where we hope you will feel at home. You will have the opportunity to enjoy an early morning coffee or a glass of wine on our mini terrace. We are perfectly located between The Old Town and Lotus Retail Park. Our professional cleaning and disinfection protocol ensures you feeling rested and refreshed. Easy access through the property with a code-based system only for guests.
Comfortably furnished with a modern design, our unit has a welcoming atmosphere.
You will find everything you need to feel at home in this superb two-bedroom house flat.
In the living room, you can read a book or just watch TV on the sofa, which can also be used as a comfortable single bed. In the adjoining kitchen we have equipped you with all appliances and cookware so that you can prepare delicious meals if desired.
One bedroom can accommodate up to two people and is furnished in a simple but functional way.
The second bedroom is also equipped with all amenities, towels, and bedding so you can relax in your new home after a long day of sightseeing around the city.
In the bathroom with shower, you can refresh yourself after the day's adventures.
Take a break and enjoy the perfect start or end of the day with a glass of wine or coffee on our mini terrace.
The apartment is suitable for 1-5 people and best suited for 4.
Child policies:
Infants are welcome as long as they share the bed. Or, a baby cot for children aged 0-2 is available on request and costs 150 RON per stay.
Parking:
You can park your car free of charge at any time at Lotus Retail Park Shopping Center which is about 5 minute's walk (450 m).
Just by the property there are also public outdoor parking spaces (marked with white), which are free during weekends, weeknights (Monday to Friday from 6 PM to 7 AM), and public holidays, but payable through TPark App or SMS during week days (Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM) at the cost of around 3 RON (approx 0.6 euro) per hour, or 30 RON/day (approx 6 euro).
Early check-in/late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability .
Smoking is permitted only on the terrace.
You have several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes’ walk: whether is the Old Town (300 m) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (2 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (3 km) for a fun and active day.

1. Our property is maintained with the highest cleaning standards and has strict protocols regarding your safety.
2. We ask that you remain quiet at night and during the day, which will help you enjoy your vacation.
3. The unit capacity is for 5 persons, no additional guests are allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
4. For security reasons, a copy of your Government issued photo ID or passport will be taken at check-in.
5. Parties are not allowed and the level of noise is measured through noise sensors. Shouting, yelling, or playing loud music that disturbs other residents is prohibited. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm every evening.
