Choose your favorite retreat: the master bedroom suite offers a relaxing space with a queen-size bed and a large window that fills the room with natural light, perfect for peaceful mornings or quiet reading before bed.
The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed and a small desk, ideal for catching up on emails or a bit of work before winding down for the night.
If you prefer lounging in the living room, the sofa bed provides additional space and comfort for extra guests.
The bathroom offers a bright, clean design and a walk-in shower, ideal for a refreshing start or relaxing end to your day.
Make cooking a shared pleasure! The concept kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, thoughtfully designed for both comfort and ease of use. You’ll find ample counter space, plenty of seating, and cabinets for storage, along with all the essential cookware, cutlery, and utensils you might need. A kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine are also provided to help you begin your day with a perfect cup of coffee. Whether you’re preparing dinner for two, chatting with friends, or watching the kids play in the adjoining living room, this open space makes spending time together effortless and enjoyable.
Parking is hassle-free, there are public parking spaces available nearby, some free and others paid on weekdays, all within easy walking distance.
Child Policies: This flat is an excellent choice for families traveling with children. Infants are welcome to share the bed with parents, or a baby cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 150 RON per stay.
Smoking is only permitted on the private balcony, and ashtrays are provided for your convenience.
We value your time and comfort, early check-in or late check-out are available upon request, depending on availability and for a fee. Please let us know your travel plans, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
You will not be disappointed with your comfortable stay at our apartment. Being located in a friendly new neighbourhood is a great advantage as you have several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes drive: whether is the Old Town (1.6 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places, and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (3.5 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (4 km) for a fun and active day.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

• No parties or events are allowed.

• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests have one private underground parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.

• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
