This apartment is brand new, so it has everything you need for an amazing stay in Oradea! It's just moments away from the Lotus Retail Park, making it ideal for shopping trips or just grabbing a bite to eat. Underground preferred parking spot. Our cleaning and disinfection protocols are designed to make sure that every room is kept to the best possible standards. We have implemented a system that allows for fast, easy access to the property through an easy-to-use code-based system.

Welcome to our warm and inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Oradea, Romania. Our apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to feel right at home during their stay.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the welcoming and friendly atmosphere of our apartment. The blue-painted walls create a sense of calm and relaxation, while the comfortable furnishings invite you to kick back and relax. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal with your loved ones while taking in the stunning views of the city.
The main bedroom features calming blue wall and a simple yet stylish design that will make you feel right at home.
The comfortable queen-sized bed with soft linens will ensure a restful night's sleep, while the large windows let in plenty of natural light
The second bedroom is equipped with a sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed; it also has a working desk, making it an ideal space for remote work or study.

The flat is beautifully decorated with modern and minimalist decor, creating a calming and peaceful ambiance. You will have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, allowing you to stay connected and productive.

Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a home-cooked meal, and the dining area provides a cozy space for family and friends to gather and enjoy a meal together.

Child policies:
We're happy to accommodate infants as long as they share the bed. If you'd like, a baby cot for children aged 0-2 is available on request and costs 150 RON per stay.

Early check-in/late check-out is available upon request and is subject to availability.

Smoking is permitted only on the private balcony.

We're so excited you're coming to stay with us. Before you do, here are a few things you should know:
1. Our property has a capacity of 6 people. Other guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. We ensure that our property follows a strict professional protocol regarding cleaning and disinfection procedures, everything for you to have a safe stay.
3. For security reasons, we will take your government ID or passport at check-in.
4. We are a very quiet community. Parties are not allowed and the level of noise is measured through noise sensors in each room.
5. We manage several flats in the same building, so we have ample space to accommodate larger groups and can easily host your group.
