Welcome to our warm and inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Oradea, Romania. Our apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to feel right at home during their stay.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the welcoming and friendly atmosphere of our apartment. The blue-painted walls create a sense of calm and relaxation, while the comfortable furnishings invite you to kick back and relax. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal with your loved ones while taking in the stunning views of the city.
The main bedroom features calming blue wall and a simple yet stylish design that will make you feel right at home. The comfortable queen-sized bed with soft linens will ensure a restful night's sleep, while the large windows let in plenty of natural light
The second bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed; it also has a working desk, making it an ideal space for remote work or study.
There are two bathrooms: one featuring a walk-in shower and a washing machine, and a smaller one equipped with a toilet and washbasin for added convenience.
The flat is beautifully decorated with modern and minimalist decor, creating a calming and peaceful ambiance. You will have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, allowing you to stay connected and productive.

Child policies: We're happy to accommodate infants as long as they share the bed. If you'd like, a baby cot for children aged 0-2 is available on request and costs 150 RON per stay.
Smoking is permitted only on the private balcony.
We're located in a friendly new neighborhood with several attractions in a short 5-10 minutes drive: whether it's the Old Town (1.6 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places, and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (3.5 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (4 km) for a fun and active day. You'll be pleased with your convenient location!

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests have one private underground parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and garage access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
