The comfortable sofas and chairs are perfect for lounging, while the flat-screen TV and high-speed internet ensure that you're always connected and entertained.
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream come true, perfect for light cooking, with everything you need to cook up a storm, from pots and pans to cutlery and crockery. Child policies: If you're traveling with your family, this flat is an excellent choice, and we welcome infants to share the bed with you. Alternatively, we have a baby cot that can be provided upon request at an additional cost of 150 RON per stay.

To ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay, smoking is only permitted on the private balcony, and we kindly request that you use the provided ashtrays.

Whether you're interested in exploring the Old Town (1.6 km) with its impressive Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee shops, and local eateries, or visiting the Medieval Fortress (3.5 km) with its museums and upscale restaurants, or spending a fun and active day at Nymphaea Aquapark (4 km), you'll find all of these attractions conveniently located nearby.

Check-in / Check-out:

• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.

Parking & Access:
• Guests have one private parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.

Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.

Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.

Pets:
• Pets are not allowed

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and garage access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
