Tei Inn consists of two separate buildings with a total capacity to accommodate 16 persons.
The first building features a very well equipped kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the first floor. Each of the bedrooms has a capacity of 4 persons, as they come equipped with a comfortable bed and a convertible sofa.
The second building has 4 bedrooms, each with a capacity of 2 persons, and all the bedrooms in both buildings have private bathrooms for your convenience.
One of the highlights is its private tennis and football field, which guests can use free of charge, subject to availability. The field is also available for private training's upon request. Please note that guests need to bring their own tennis rackets and balls.

• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
