Tei Inn consists of two separate buildings with a total capacity to accommodate 16 persons.
The first building features a very well equipped kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the first floor. Each of the bedrooms has a capacity of 4 persons, as they come equipped with a comfortable bed and a convertible sofa.
The second building has 4 bedrooms, each with a capacity of 2 persons, and all the bedrooms in both buildings have private bathrooms for your convenience.
One of the highlights is its private tennis and football field, which guests can use free of charge, subject to availability. The field is also available for private training's upon request. Please note that guests need to bring their own tennis rackets and balls.

At our place, the safety and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. We have implemented a professional cleaning and disinfection protocol to ensure that our property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every guest stay.
We also offer free parking spaces for our guests, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot.
Our fast code-based access system allows for easy check-in and check-out at any time of the day. This means that you can arrive and leave at your convenience.
In case you need any assistance during your stay, there is a lady available most of the time at the property, living in another building. She will be more than happy to assist you with any queries or requests you may have.
We also have a lovely outdoor barbecue area, where guests can gather and enjoy some delicious grilled food while taking in the beautiful surroundings. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends after a long day of exploring Oradea and Baile Felix. Don't forget to bring your own barbecue supplies and let the good times roll!
Child policies: Children who are 2 years old or younger can stay free of charge if they share the bedroom with their parents. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and is only permitted outdoors.
To ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay, smoking is only permitted outside, and we kindly request that you use the provided ashtrays.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:

• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests have six private parking spots in the courtyard.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed
Guests have full access to the entire place, including the private terrace and all available amenities. Please note that the courtyard is shared with the property owner, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining your privacy.

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
