Welcome to Lisabona Flat, where we offer the perfect retreat for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for an intimate holiday experience.
Our master bedroom provides a serene space to relax and rejuvenate, complete with a comfortable queen-size bed and a large window that lets in plenty of sunlight.
The second bedroom features a cosy double bed for even more comfort.
But that's not all, we have not just one, but two bathrooms for you to enjoy. This means double the opportunities each day to unwind and wash away the stresses of life. One bathroom offers a relaxing bath, while the other features a refreshing shower.
We believe that the kitchen is the heart of the home, and we've designed ours meticulously with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. You'll find spacious countertops, cosy seating, and an open living room area that brings everyone together. Cooking becomes a delightful experience for all ages, and you'll have everything you need to create delicious meals and make lasting memories.
To start your day off right, step onto your private balcony and enjoy a leisurely prosecco or an invigorating cup of coffee.
And for those planning an extended stay or in need of refreshed clothes, we've provided a convenient washing machine for your convenience.

Our flat is great for families with young children.
Infants are welcome to share the bed with their parents.
We offer a baby cot for babies aged 0-2 upon request (for a fee of 150 RON per stay).
If you need early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance and we'll try to accommodate based on availability.
Smoking is only allowed on the private balcony, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere in the rest of the flat.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests have one private underground parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and garage access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
