Let us tell you about this charming space. Our property is nestled in one of Oradea's most desirable neighbourhoods, and it boasts a unique design that will make you feel like you're living in luxury. You'll also have access to a cosy terrace, where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine.
We understand that this is your vacation, and we want you to enjoy every aspect of it. Our fully-equipped kitchen is at your disposal, whether you want to whip up a full meal or simply prepare a quick snack. You'll find all the essentials, from cutlery and plates to pots and pans. And to kickstart your day, we provide a kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine for a delightful morning routine.
When it's time to unwind, retreat to the bedroom where you'll find the softest bedding and an atmosphere designed with your comfort in mind. It's like your own personal sanctuary.
After a long day of exploring the city, you'll appreciate coming back to a welcoming space that feels like home. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries will be waiting for you in the bathroom, ensuring a refreshing and relaxing experience.
We adore children! Kids up to 2 years old can stay free of charge if they share the bedroom with their parents. We also offer a baby cot upon request for a small fee of 150 RON per stay. Please note that the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 2 people.
For the convenience and comfort of all our guests, smoking and vaping are only allowed on the terrace.
Now let's talk about the location. Being situated in a friendly new neighborhood has its perks. You'll find several attractions within a short 5-10 minute drive from the apartment. The Old Town, with its magnificent Secession or Eclectic Palaces, delightful coffee shops, and local eateries, is just 1.2 km away. Check-in / Check-out:

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests have one private underground parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
