The apartment boasts a spacious bedroom that ensures a good night's rest. The open living room seamlessly blends with the kitchen, which is fully equipped to unleash your culinary creativity. From basic cooking needs to a Nespresso coffee machine, everything is at your fingertips.
In the living room, there's a sofa that transforms into a double bed, expanding the apartment's capacity. This flexibility makes it ideal for up to 4 adults or a family with children.
The bathroom is a delightful retreat with elegant marble accents, featuring a bathtub for relaxation. Additionally, we provide a washing machine for those planning medium or longer stays.
Within the condominium, there's a playground for kids, allowing them to have their own adventures. An outdoor shared area with a BBQ is also available for you to enjoy.

Policies Regarding Children:
We warmly welcome children of all ages. For children aged 0 to 2, they can stay with parents in the same bed. We offer baby cots upon request for an additional 150 RON per stay.
Arrival and Departure:
Upon availability, you can request early check-in or late check-out for an extra fee and due to availability
Smoking is not allowed indoors. However, you're welcome to use the private balcony for enjoying a coffee and a smoke.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

Parking & Access:
• Guests have one private underground parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed

• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
