The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances and everything you need to prepare light meals, while the cozy dining area offers the ideal setting for meals or gatherings.
The serene, sunlit bedroom provides a peaceful escape, complemented by a modern bathroom with a refreshing walk-in shower. We’ve provided all essentials, plush towels and premium amenities to ensure a relaxing stay.
We’re happy to host families with children of all ages. For infants (0–2 years), parents can choose between sharing the bed or requesting a cot (available for a small fee) for a comfortable night’s sleep.
If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability and an additional fee).
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Free parking is available on nearby streets during weekends and daily between 18:00 and 07:00.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space; parking is available on the street.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.
We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app, or messaging for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.
• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
