1 Bathroom Welcome to Thermalis Grove Tiny House, your peaceful retreat in the heart of Băile Felix Thermal Resort, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Thermal Spring Pools. This charming family studio includes a cozy bedroom, a small living area with a double bed and a sofa that converts into another double bed, and a private bathroom for your comfort. Perfect for families the space is meticulously cleaned and disinfected to ensure a safe and relaxing stay.
Our property features a family studio designed to comfortably host up to four guests while maintaining privacy and a cozy atmosphere.
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a bright living area featuring a modern sofa that converts into a double bed. A private bathroom with all essentials ensures your stay is convenient and comfortable.
Guests have access to a shared kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for light cooking, from cookware and utensils to a coffee machine and kettle.
Outdoors, you can relax on the shared terrace, overlooking a beautiful orchard, perfect for a quiet morning espresso or an evening glass of wine. For deeper relaxation, unwind in the shared outdoor jacuzzi (hot tub), the ideal spot to recharge after exploring the resort or nearby Oradea.
We offer ample parking for up to three cars directly in front of the house, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure.
Child Policies: Children aged 2 years and under stay free of charge when sharing a bedroom with their parents.
For everyone’s comfort, smoking is not permitted indoors and is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Located close to vibrant downtown Băile Felix, you’ll find restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. For nature lovers, the Băile Felix woods are only a 15-minute stroll, perfect for walks, jogging, or even spotting the Romanian national running team during training.
Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Baile Felix Thermal Resort, Romania, our house sits in a tranquil green area, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant downtown of Baile Felix and its rejuvenating thermal baths.
A mere 15-minute drive leads to the bustling heart of Oradea, where history comes alive in the charming Old Town, boasting Secession and Eclectic Palaces, alongside the Medieval Fortress with its captivating museums and upscale dining options.
Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests can park their car in front of the property, as parking inside the courtyard is not possible.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are allowed
Guests have full access to the studio, including the shared terrace, shared kitchen, shared hot tub and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• The studio is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
