The space

Our Apartment Features:

Comfortable Bedroom: Unwind in the cozy bedroom featuring a plush queen-sized bed, high-quality linens, and plenty of natural light. The adjoining full bathroom provides extra convenience and privacy.

Dressing Room: The apartment includes a separate dressing room, providing ample storage for your belongings and ensuring a clutter-free living space.

Work-Friendly Desk Space: Whether you’re traveling for work or need to catch up on emails, the apartment includes a desk area equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay productive during your stay.

Two Well-Appointed Bathrooms: With two bathrooms, morning routines will be effortless. Each bathroom is stocked with essentials and complimentary toiletries, ensuring ease and comfort for all guests.

The neighbourhood

Hillview Flats is set in a quiet residential area of Oradea, offering both peace and easy access to the city. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the alley leading to Dealul Ciuperca, a popular hilltop viewpoint with beautiful panoramas over the city. From here, you can enjoy relaxing walks with scenic views, while still being just a short drive from the historic city center. The famous Oradea Fortress, Piața Emanuil Gojdu, and the pedestrian Calea Republicii with its cafés, shops, and Art Nouveau buildings are all within easy reach. Supermarkets and local restaurants are close by, and public transport or taxis make getting around simple. It’s the perfect location for guests who want a calm retreat while staying connected to the vibrant life of Oradea

Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.

Parking & Access:
• Guests have one private parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.

Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.

Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.

Pets:
• Pets are not allowed

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
