Our place is thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished, and combines natural textures, modern elegance, and cozy comfort, the perfect space to unwind after a day in the city.
As you step inside, you’re welcomed by an open-concept living area bathed in natural light. The living room features a large, plush L-shaped sofa, a smart TV with streaming options, and soft lighting to help you relax, read, or enjoy a cozy night in. From here, you can access your private balcony, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine in the evening.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed with both short and long stays in mind. It includes a stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine (with complimentary coffee), toaster, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare light meals at home. The dining nook provides a comfortable and stylish space for two, and a high chair is available for families traveling with a baby.
The bedroom is a calming oasis, featuring a confortable velvet bed with a high-quality mattress, crisp linens, blackout curtains for uninterrupted sleep, and tasteful golden leaf artwork that gives the space its name. There's plenty of storage space to unpack and feel at home.

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

Parking & Access:
• The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space; parking is available on the street.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Self check-in is easy, we’ll send you the code and instructions on the day of your arrival. Come and go as you like!

• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
