The apartment is located in a quiet area of the old town of Oradea, just 300 m from Unirii Square where the Moon Church, Black Eagle Palace, Episcopal Palace, Oradea City Hall are located, and 200 m from the Aachvas Rein Synagogue - Museum of Jewish History, 800 m from Zoo, 1.5 km from Oradea Fortress, 1.5 km from Oradea University, 2.7 km from Nymphea Aquapark and 9 km from Baile Felix. Nearby there are many opportunities to enjoy a speciality coffee or dine at one of the restaurants in the pedestrian area.
Check-in / Check-out:

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).

• Guests have one private underground parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.

Kitchen & Appliances:

• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
