Enjoy the convenience of a complimentary parking space located right next to the building, along with modern amenities and fully equipped appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Ideally situated in one of Oradea's newest residential developments, the apartment is just a 5-minute drive from the historic Old Town.
From the moment you arrive, you'll be welcomed by a beautiful apartment that combines modern style with everyday comfort. The private garden terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply relax outdoors.
The inviting living area features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a bright, contemporary atmosphere. The sofa easily converts into a double bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate additional guests.
The apartment offers two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom is equally cozy and ideal for family members, friends, or colleagues.
For your convenience, the apartment includes two bathrooms: a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine, and a second guest bathroom equipped with a toilet and washbasin. Fresh towels, toiletries, and essential amenities are provided for every stay.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare breakfast, light meals, or dinner, with modern appliances, cookware, tableware, and kitchen utensils at your disposal.
Guests also benefit from a private, dedicated parking space located directly at the property, making arrival and departure easy and hassle-free.
Child Policy: Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot for children up to 2 years old can be provided upon request for an additional fee of 150 RON per stay.
You have several attractions within a 5-7 minutes drive: whether is the Old Town (2 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places, and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (2.2 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (4.5 km) for a fun and active day.
Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests have one private parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
