Located on the ground floor, this bright and comfortable room is designed to provide everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The room features a comfortable sleeping area, a work desk, a private bathroom, and a compact kitchenette equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and a refrigerator, ideal for preparing hot drinks and keeping refreshments chilled.
For added convenience, guests have access to a shared laundry room equipped with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
During your stay, you are also welcome to enjoy the property's shared wellness area, featuring a jacuzzi and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing or work.
Each unit includes one dedicated parking space within the private courtyard, providing convenient and secure parking throughout your stay.

Just a few steps away, you’ll find the alley leading to Dealul Ciuperca, a popular hilltop viewpoint with beautiful panoramas over the city. From here, you can enjoy relaxing walks with scenic views, while still being just a short drive from the historic city center. The famous Oradea Fortress, Piața Emanuil Gojdu, and the pedestrian Calea Republicii with its cafés, shops, and Art Nouveau buildings are all within easy reach. Supermarkets and local restaurants are close by, and public transport or taxis make getting around simple. It’s the perfect location for guests who want a calm retreat while staying connected to the vibrant life of Oradea.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.
General:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment (balcony smoking only, with windows and doors closed).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests have one private parking spot.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• The kitchen is equipped for light cooking only.
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed

• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
