Inside, the room includes a comfortable bed with quality bedding, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower. The space provides a quiet place to rest after exploring the surroundings while keeping the property's communal facilities within easy reach.
The design combines natural materials with carefully preserved architectural details, reflecting the history of the house and the simple beauty of rural life.
A fully equipped shared kitchen is available for guests who wish to prepare their own meals. The common dining room offers a welcoming space to eat and spend time together, while the covered terrace is ideal for morning coffee, outdoor dining or relaxing in the evening.
Traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered from a local provider upon request and for an additional fee, allowing guests to discover authentic regional flavours without having to cook.
Families can make use of the children's playground, while the barbecue area is available for casual outdoor meals. Private access to the jacuzzi and sauna may also be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

Please keep in mind that this is a rural mountain area, so distances and travel times may be different from what you would expect in a city. We recommend arriving by car for greater flexibility when exploring the surroundings.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

Parking & Access:
• Guests have private parking spots in front of the house.

Kitchen & Appliances:
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.

Guests have access to their reserved private room, as well as to the shared library, dining area, kitchen, courtyard, and terrace, which are common spaces available for all guests to enjoy.
Access to the Jacuzzi and Sauna is available for an additional fee and must be requested at one day in advance so the necessary arrangements can be made.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• The room is located in a traditional Romanian house, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The room operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
