Room 06 is a spacious private room located in the attic of Casa Veche Leheceni. The attic has generous interior height, creating a comfortable and airy space without the feeling of a low or restricted ceiling.
Designed for up to three guests, the room features one double bed and one single bed, making it a practical choice for a small family, three friends or guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements.
The room includes air conditioning, comfortable bedding and a private bathroom equipped with a shower. It provides a quiet place to rest while offering convenient access to the property's shared areas and relaxed communal atmosphere.
Natural materials, exposed wooden details and traditional architectural elements give the room an authentic character that reflects the history and rural identity of the house.
Guests can prepare their own meals in the shared kitchen and enjoy them in the common dining area. The covered terrace offers an inviting place for breakfast, outdoor dining, evening drinks or quiet conversations in any weather.
Traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner can be arranged through a local provider upon request and for an additional fee, allowing guests to enjoy authentic regional dishes during their stay.
The property also provides barbecue facilities and a dedicated children's playground. Jacuzzi and sauna sessions are available upon request and for an additional fee.
Please note that Casa Veche Leheceni is situated in a rural village surrounded by nature. Insects, mosquitoes, spiders and other small creatures may occasionally be present inside or around the property as a natural part of the countryside environment.
Room 06 combines flexible accommodation for up to three guests with the privacy of an elevated attic room, generous ceiling height and access to all shared facilities at Casa Veche Leheceni.
Casa Veche Leheceni is located in the heart of the Apuseni Mountains, surrounded by nature, fresh mountain air, and the peaceful atmosphere of a traditional Romanian village.
The area is ideal for guests looking to disconnect from busy city life and enjoy the authentic charm of the Apuseni region. Scenic roads, forests, mountain landscapes, traditional villages, and hiking opportunities can all be found nearby.
The location is a great starting point for exploring the natural beauty and attractions of the Apuseni Mountains, while still offering the privacy and tranquility of a countryside retreat.
Please keep in mind that this is a rural mountain area, so distances and travel times may be different from what you would expect in a city. We recommend arriving by car for greater flexibility when exploring the surroundings.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

• Please keep the villa clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.
• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests have private parking spots in front of the house.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the room.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.
Pets:
• Pets are allowed on request.
Guests have access to their reserved private room, as well as to the shared library, dining area, kitchen, courtyard, and terrace, which are common spaces available for all guests to enjoy.
Access to the Jacuzzi and Sauna is available for an additional fee and must be requested at one day in advance so the necessary arrangements can be made.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• The room is located in a traditional Romanian house, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The room operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
