Room 07 is a private attic room at Casa Veche Leheceni, offering a quiet and comfortable setting for a relaxing countryside stay. The attic benefits from generous ceiling height, giving the room an open and airy atmosphere without feeling low or confined.
The room features air conditioning, comfortable bedding and a private bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy their own peaceful space while remaining connected to the shared areas and welcoming atmosphere of the property.
Original wooden features, natural textures and carefully preserved architectural details highlight the heritage of the house and create a warm interior inspired by traditional rural living.
A shared kitchen is available for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals, together with a communal dining area for gathering and eating. The covered terrace provides an additional space for morning coffee, outdoor meals or relaxed evenings, regardless of the weather.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner with traditional regional dishes can be arranged through a local provider upon request and for an additional fee.
Guests also have access to barbecue facilities and a dedicated children's playground. Jacuzzi and sauna sessions can be booked upon request and for an additional fee.
Casa Veche Leheceni is located in a rural village surrounded by nature. As expected in a countryside environment, insects, mosquitoes, spiders and other small creatures may occasionally appear inside or around the property.

The location is a great starting point for exploring the natural beauty and attractions of the Apuseni Mountains, while still offering the privacy and tranquility of a countryside retreat.
Please keep in mind that this is a rural mountain area, so distances and travel times may be different from what you would expect in a city. We recommend arriving by car for greater flexibility when exploring the surroundings.

Guests have access to their reserved private room, as well as to the shared library, dining area, kitchen, courtyard, and terrace, which are common spaces available for all guests to enjoy.
Access to the Jacuzzi and Sauna is available for an additional fee and must be requested at one day in advance so the necessary arrangements can be made.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• The room is located in a traditional Romanian house, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The room operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
