The retreat includes eight inviting rooms, a communal kitchen and dining area, a sheltered terrace, barbecue facilities and a playground for children. Jacuzzi and sauna sessions can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Its natural surroundings and preserved traditional character provide the perfect setting for a peaceful shared escape.
Room 08 is a comfortable private room situated in the attic of Casa Veche Leheceni. Despite its upper-floor position, the attic features generous ceiling height, giving the interior an open and spacious feel without the limitations of a low attic room.
The room is fitted with air conditioning, comfortable bedding and a private bathroom with a shower. It offers a peaceful retreat where guests can enjoy privacy while remaining close to the property's shared spaces.
Preserved wooden features, natural materials and traditional architectural details create a warm atmosphere that reflects the history and authentic countryside character of the house.
Guests have access to a shared kitchen for preparing meals and a communal dining area where they can eat and spend time together. The covered terrace is also available for morning coffee, outdoor dining or unwinding at the end of the day, regardless of the weather.
Traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered from a local provider upon request and for an additional fee, allowing guests to enjoy regional cuisine during their stay.
The property also offers barbecue facilities and a dedicated children's playground. Jacuzzi and sauna sessions may be arranged upon request and for an additional fee.
Please be aware that Casa Veche Leheceni is located in a rural village surrounded by nature. Insects, mosquitoes, spiders and other small creatures may occasionally be encountered inside or around the property as a normal part of the countryside environment.

Casa Veche Leheceni is located in the heart of the Apuseni Mountains, surrounded by nature, fresh mountain air, and the peaceful atmosphere of a traditional Romanian village.
The area is ideal for guests looking to disconnect from busy city life and enjoy the authentic charm of the Apuseni region. Scenic roads, forests, mountain landscapes, traditional villages, and hiking opportunities can all be found nearby.
The location is a great starting point for exploring the natural beauty and attractions of the Apuseni Mountains, while still offering the privacy and tranquility of a countryside retreat.
Please keep in mind that this is a rural mountain area, so distances and travel times may be different from what you would expect in a city. We recommend arriving by car for greater flexibility when exploring the surroundings.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and for a fee, but can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, depending on availability.

• Respect neighbors and building common areas at all times.
Parking & Access:
• Guests have private parking spots in front of the house.
• Access details and codes will be sent on the day of check-in.
Safety & Security:
• Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the room.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
• Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Kitchen & Appliances:
• Please wash dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Switch off appliances, air conditioning, and lights when not in use.

Guests have access to their reserved private room, as well as to the shared library, dining area, kitchen, courtyard, and terrace, which are common spaces available for all guests to enjoy.
Access to the Jacuzzi and Sauna is available for an additional fee and must be requested at one day in advance so the necessary arrangements can be made.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• The room is located in a traditional Romanian house, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The room operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
