Stay in the heart of Oradea, near the theatre, in a welcoming apartment with windows overlooking the city's pedestrian street. Natural wood finishes, soft neutral tones and green accents create a warm atmosphere for up to four guests.
The bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside lighting. Please note that the bedroom is accessed through the living room. The living area offers a sofa, an armchair and a TV, providing a comfortable space to relax after exploring the city.
The kitchen is equipped for light cooking, ideal for preparing breakfast and simple meals. It includes a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. Start your morning with a coffee at the breakfast bar or enjoy a meal together in the dining area. There is no dishwasher.
The bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, a washbasin with storage and a heated towel rail. The apartment does not have a washing machine.
Air conditioning is available, and self check-in allows you to arrive independently. The apartment is on the first floor, with stair access only and no lift.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
